Writing For Me-D.I.A

I feel tired. Not exactly physically, or even mentally. I just feel generally lethargic.

Haven't been sleeping well for the past few nights... I keep waking up in the middle of nights feeling more tired than ever. Perhaps it's the posture I'm sleeping in. Perhaps it's the weird irrelevant dreams that seem to make me feel more tired every night.

I think everyday I have been waking up not totally refreshed, just about 50% charged-up. I doubt I'm operating at 100%... I don't feel very conscious.

Strangely, I don't really feel like sleeping. Once I sleep, even nap, the same feeling repeats itself, and I don't feel the right refresh I'm suppose to feel.

Hmm.

Pronounciation, funny.

I thought I might talk about some stuff, such as pronounciation of certain words. I once did a post on writing, but now, let's talk about words that we can use in typing, but just can't seem to speak it out. A few popular examples...

1. Pronounciation = Not PRONOUNCE with a C-A-Tion. It's PRO-NUN-C-A-Tion. I learnt this from a teacher in school. Not as popular nowadays, since people can get it right already.

2. The letter "W" = Which is it, Double-Lew, Dub-Dew or Dub-Blew? Which links to more examples like WHY, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHO. Simple words, but different pronounciations. I speak it with a starting W, such as Why, but it seems older people make it sound with a H start, such as Hwy, Hwat (Huat), Hwear (Hwere is also fine), Hwen. WHO is alright, we won't hear Hwo.

3. Awry = I never knew how to pronounce it until Gary told me how to. It's pronounced "Uh-Rai". Not Aw-Ree. The meaning, as given by Dictionary.com, is away from the expected or proper direction; amiss; wrong: Our plans went awry.

That's about all I can think of, well at least for now during WFM class. I once pronounced UNIQUE as UNI-Q. Laughing stock, again. It's UNIK.

More in the future.

Where're the dreams that I've been after?

I have successfully settled down back into the Poly Life stream!

Some random stuff to post here.

There is no meaning to the title, but I got inspiration based from the "YOU CAN'T PLAY THE VICTIM ALL THE TIME" thing, so I just felt like using VICTIM. It would have been nicer with a better effect, such as blood over the word, or maybe, I'm just not talented with Photoshop.

Other miscellaneous stuff include;

Timetable for this semester. Mostly late mornings, as if I'm going through an afternoon session of class.

GEMS was kind of dumb, maybe because the lecturer is some insane dude... I'm not kidding, just try being in his class. But I find the puzzles challenging, maybe I have lost touch with my Maths and all that.

What else is there for me to blog about, let's see...

Never mind, forget it. You can assume

A) I've got something but I really didn't feel like sharing.
B) I've really run out of ideas.

Of course, this could also be

C) I'm trying something lame to lengthen this post.

Crazy rubbish I'm thinking of.

Crematorium

Buried in the graveyard, it will have no funeral, and therefore shall be a quick passing. The rest of the world will continue, and hopefully nothing will be exhumed.

It is nothing unusual. For something that lived quietly should die quietly as well. The white roses lay on top, but there is no mourning.

randomizers.

I was at Peninsula Plaza with Jos and Edd today... And saw this.

Eugene Chan... I didn't know you were in this sort of thing.

Other stuff.

Oasis - Stop Crying Your Heart Out

Hold up
Hold on
Don't be scared
You'll never change what's been and gone
May your smile (may your smile)
Shine on (shine on)
Don't be scared (don't be scared)
Your destiny may keep you warm

Cause all of the stars
Are fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see them some day
Take what you need
and be on your way
and stop crying your heart out

Get up (get up)
Come on (come on)
Why're you scared? (I'm not scared)
You'll never change what's been and gone

Cause all of the stars
Are fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see them some day
Take what you need
and be on your way
and stop crying your heart out

Cause all of the stars
Are fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see them some day
Just take what you need
and be on your way
and stop crying your heart out

We're all of us stars
We're fading away
Just try not to worry
You'll see us some day
Just take what you need
and be on your way
and stop crying your heart out

Stop crying your heart out (x3)

And also, school is going to start. And I look forward to it! The holidays did an over-kill on me.

I have left Sentosa, since the new timetable will not allow me to have any shifts available on Wednesday. I leave with mixed feelings though... SOME people were great there... I met many cool friends like Ernie, Eyshah, Linda, Jeremy, Shaun from Admissions, Imbiah... And the final stretch of working there, I knew other people like the Merlion staff, like Kelvin, Carmen, Halim, Tracy, Arinah... It was only fun towards the end. I did learn a lot of stuff from Sentosa. It ranges from crappy customers to crappy operations. So it wasn't all too bad based on working experience and the making of new friends.

I'm currently looking for new jobs... Hopefully, I can do either Life Bookshop or this toy store at Taka called the Better Toy Store. The toys are really reminiscent of those classic stuff... It's a nice environment, but getting in will be another problem. The same goes for Life Bookshop. The overall problem would be time commitments... Year 3 isn't a slack time, so I have to definitely know how to juggle.

Suddenly I'm interested in working. The support is a nice feeling. But of course I get lazy once in a while. Haha... I was thinking of applying at Build-A-Bear... Some of the stuff there are really nice... But I doubt that I will even be allowed to apply. The staff there are generally young girls about my age... No men are working, except maybe the manager. They all have a look that could just make kids (mainly girls) smile and just look happy. Plus every time a bear is purchased with stuffings and all that sort of stuff, they do a cute little dance and song for the "newborn bear". Very interesting. Stuff there are like, whoa, I might as well buy real clothes for myself. You'll know what I mean after looking at their stuff.

Word posts are boring, so I shall go and bathe now.

Out.

you had a bad week.

Enough said to the little understatement.

let you define yourself.

Here's a little update.

I watched on Monday... Watch it for the action it provides. Cool moves that take you off your seat.

A new cover. After so long.

Anyways, OKA has left this house... It's kind of boring around here, since he would actually come to me without conditions (namely food), just seeking for company... Not like some other dog. Haha...

Will find more interesting stuff to post here.
